He was born in 1973 in Hadim, Konya. He graduated from Konya Imam Hatip High School in 1990 and Selçuk University Civil Engineering Department in 1994. In 1997, he started to work as a civil engineer in Konya Metropolitan Municipality Department of Public Works. In 2000-2003, he worked as the Director of Public Works in Konya Metropolitan Municipality and as the Head of Public Works Department in 2004. Between 2004-2017, he served as Deputy Mayor of Karatay Municipality. In 2017, he was appointed as the Head of Konya Metropolitan Municipality Department of Public Works. Hasan Hüseyin ESFENDİYAR, who was a member of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Civil Engineers between 2004-2010, is married and has three children.
